Just by looking at these photos, you would never know this was a February afternoon. Mercedes texted me about getting together for a shoot in the dunes of Rhode Island, and immediately I was on board. She is one of my sweetest friends in the industry and it was so much fun creating with people that share my love for candid fun. Cede and Nick are nothing short of soul mates. Their love for one another was as evident as the joy on their faces as they danced in the dunes until the sun went down.

The Sand Dunes here were good to us. It was a really different vibe from most areas on the East Coast, and walking in the sand in the winter time was so refreshing. We traded snow and cold for something soft and kind. It was an honor being able to photograph a friend, swing to music and create these memories for another photographer who values moments as much as I do.
